1. Introduction & Overview

These policy terms apply strictly to Local Hourly Rentals inside Tirupur and Outstation Round-Trip rides originating from Tirupur operated or dispatched by Abu Call Taxi.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All taxi booking requests made via our website forms, phone support desk, or WhatsApp are subject to driver and vehicle availability at the specified departure location in Tirupur.

• Bookings are confirmed once dispatch details and vehicle assignments are explicitly transmitted via WhatsApp or phone confirmation.
• Passengers must provide accurate pickup addresses in Tirupur, outstation destinations, passenger counts, and travel schedules. Abu Call Taxi Tirupur is not liable for delays resulting from inaccurate customer inputs.

3. Pricing, Fares & Packages

Abu Call Taxi Tirupur maintains complete pricing clarity without hidden surge charges:

• Local Hourly Packages (Tirupur): Fares are structured around fixed hourly and kilometer caps (e.g., 1 Hr / 10 KM, 2 Hr / 20 KM, etc.). Usage exceeding allocated hours or distances will attract standard extra kilometer and extra hour rates.
• Outstation Round Trips: Calculated on a round-trip distance basis subject to a standard minimum daily running limit (typically 250 KM per calendar day).
• Tolls, Permits & Parking: National highway toll fees, state entry permits, and airport/station parking fees are payable dynamically by the passenger based on actual trip expenses unless specified otherwise.
• Driver Bata: Standard daily driver allowances apply for outstation round trips and night-time local operations as quoted in your fare estimate.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer flexible cancellation policies for both local Tirupur rides and outstation itineraries:

• No cancellation charges apply if the cancellation is submitted at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time for local Tirupur rides or 4 hours prior for outstation journeys.
• Late cancellations made after a driver has already been dispatched to the Tirupur pickup location may attract a nominal dispatch fee to compensate the driver.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

To maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards across all local and outstation trips:

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or carrying prohibited materials inside any vehicle in our fleet is strictly forbidden.
• Luggage and passenger count must stay within the legal passenger seating capacity specified for the vehicle category booked.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations

While our drivers make every effort to arrive on time, Abu Call Taxi Tirupur is not liable for delayed arrivals caused by severe traffic congestion, road blockades, extreme weather, or mechanical failure en route.

In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, our central Tirupur dispatch team will arrange a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible to complete your trip.
